32 yo female with a chief complaint of low back and unresponsive left lower extremity pain after a rear end MVA.  While her low back pain had improved it was worsened with gait. PMH was positive for bilateral ankle fractures and multiple sprains while in high school. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern over the left dorsal and medial foot and medial, distal leg.   Thermographic impression restated findings.   Patient was successfully treated with a left posterior tibialis trigger point injection.
