S/P Left Dectal Incision followed by Chemotherapy

68 yo female presents for breast risk health assessment.  PMH is positive for left breast poorly differentiated ductal carcinoma treated with excision (scar at 12 noon) and chemotherapy. Radiation was declined. She refuses additional mammograms. Breast Theromography findings five months post-excision include was increased nipple temperature, hypervascularity at 10-2, hyperthermia at 12-2, and less dramatic hyperthermia in the axilla on left. There is a single afferent mammary vein traversing from 1 to 12 on the right breast. Thermographic impression is right Th2 and left Th5.  Six-week surveillance was recommended along with follow up with their primary breast health provider.
