Scapulo-Thoracic Pain After Right Lobectomy for Carcinoma

51 yo female with a chief complaint of weather sensitive right scapulothoracic and thoracolumbar pain that radiates into the RUE and anterior chest wall. She is status post right lower lobecotomy and radiation therapy for adenocarcinoma. Recent PET scan was wnl.  She is status post cryoneruolysis of the thoracic intercostals, which failed.  Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern over the right T10 Intercostals. Thermographic impression restated findings.
