Rue RSD/CRPS After Radial Head Fracture

53 yo female with a chief complaint of RUE pain that began in the elbow and involves the entire limb. The pain is described as hammer like, on fire, and an ice pick, all at the same time. Xrays showed a non-displaced radial head fracture which was treated conservatively.  Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern in all views except the medial aspect of the arm and forearm.  Thermographic impression was RUE RSD/CRPS.
