RLE RSD/CRPS Due to Peroneus Longus Tendinosis

52 yo female with a chief complaint of RLE pain, numbness and cold sensations involving the entire limb after twisting her ankle.  MRI showed subtalar effusion and peroneus longus and brevis tendinosis.  DX US confirmed peroneus longus tendinosis.   Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern over the dorsal aspect of the foot, distal leg, and lateral thigh. Thermographic impression was RLE sympathetic pain syndrome tracking in a L5 distribution.
