34 yo female with a chief complaint of posterior upper thigh pain on right. She is status post right pudendal decompression followed by neurectomy of the same and then resection of the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve due to persistent pain after delivery complicated by post-partum hemorrhage and vaginal repair. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed a localized asymmetry pattern over the upper, medial, posterior aspect of the right thigh, just below the buttock. Thermographic impression restated findings.
