41 yo male with a CC of scapulothoracic and neck pain that radiates into the RUE.  Symptoms began when a blade fell on his distal forearm and wrist.  Patient underwent surgical repair of a lacerated median nerve and several tendons.  Six months later pain spread proximally to the elbow and the the entire RUE. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed localized asymmetry most pronounced over the dorsal first – third fingers, dorsal radial aspect of the hand, and distal radial forearm.   Thermographic impression restated findings. Clinical Impression was findings are consistent with RSD; further evaluation of the dorsal wrist advised.
