32 yo female with a chief complaint of left ankle pain after an inversion injury on a trampoline which required ORIF of the calcaneo/tibial/talo joint followed by partial removal of hardware. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern in all views with a second set of more intense findings over the dorsal and medial aspect of the foot and ankle. Thermographic impression included RSD/CRPS of the LLE in the presence of a second localized inflammatory response or ABC syndrome response in the left foot and ankle.
