16 yo female with a chief complaint of LLE pain that first began at 10 years of age. She reports that she has injured her foot numerous times in the past but she thinks she got much worse after she dislocated her knee playing capture the flag. She was treated conservatively for the knee injury but her LLE pain persisted. She was eventually diagnosed with both RSD and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Lower body sympathetic skin response thermography showed an asymmetric response in all view below the knee with greatest intensity of change at the foot and ankle. The LLE was cold as compared to the right.
