Left Ovarian Cancer and Abdominal Hernia Repairs

58 yo female with a chief complaint of left lower quadrant abdominal pain. PMH is positive for left ovarian cancer.  Patient has refused treatment for her cancer and advanced imaging including CT, MRI and X-Ray.  PMH is also positive for incisional abdominal hernia repair and C-Section X 3.  Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed a localized asymmetry pattern most pronounced over the left lower quadrant of the abdomen followed by findings in the left middle third of the mid and upper abdominal wall.   Thermographic impression restated findings.
