Left Lower Extremity RSD/CRPS After Trimalleolar Fracture

62yo male status post LLE communited trimalleolar fracture treated with ORIF including lateral side plate and multiple screws.  His case however was complicated by non-union.  He eventually also underwent a left Achilles lengthening, ankle capsulotomy, and hardware removal with replacement.  He presented to our office looking for care after having received a diagnosis of RSD. Lower body Sympathetic Skin Response Thermal Imaging revealed an asymmetry pattern involving all aspects of the ankle, leg and thigh, however there were more pronounced findings in the leg and ankle. Thermographic impression was LLE RSD.
