64 yo male with a CC of BLE pain below the knees. PMHx was positive for peripheral neuropathy and 4+ DJD of the right knee. Co-morbid disease includes HTN, CVDz, gout, sleep apnea, colectomy secondary to diverticulosis, and abdominal hernia repair. After failed attempts to provide relief Cold stress SSR thermology was obtained. Findings include tortuosities consistent with varicosity, localized heat over and lateral to the right knee, and an asymmetry pattern over the abdominal wall. Thermographic impression restated findings. Abdominal CT scan revealed severe left common Iliac Artery stenosis. DXUS of the right knee confirmed complete loss of joint space cartilage.
