57 yo female with a chief complaint of left hand pain. She broke her wrist five months earlier after a trip and fall in her garage. Symptoms travel from the wrist down to the fingers and then up to the distal forearm. She reports decreased grip strength, finger ROM, and swelling. Xrays revealed a Colle’s fracture of the distal radius and she was casted. Two months later she was diagnosed with RSD. Upper Body SSR study showed an asymmetry pattern over the dorsal, radial, and lateral arm and forearm. The left was cold compared to the contralateral side.
