56 yo female with a chief complaint of BLE pain.  Symptoms originally began  after right knee arthroscopy and spread to involve the RLE proximal to the knee, the low back, and the entire LLE.  She also admits to a left foot fracture three years ago. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern over the heel and medial aspect of the ankle.   Thermographic impression restated findings.  Clinical Impression was: a localized sympathetic pain syndrome of the left ankle should be considered; there may be both CCC and ABC components.  DX MSK US confirmed a Medial Deltoid ligament strain.
