Fibulo-Talo Ligament Strain

52 yo female with a chief complaint of left foot and ankle pain after she twisted her ankle. MRI and Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound showed an incomplete tear of the fibulo-talo ligament.  Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern over the dorsal aspect of the foot and anterior leg.  Thermographic impression restated findings.
