Breast Adenocarcinoma Untreated

63 YO female s/p excision of a right encapsulated adenocarcinoma localized at 12pm. Patient refused additional treatment or monitoring. She presents 1 year later requesting breast thermography. Findings revealed hypervascularity in the right breast most pronounced at 11pm, inner ring, & diffusely in the left breast with a closed loop pattern at 11pm. Hyperthermia was seen in the right breast at 12pm & in the left breast at 11pm. Patient then agreed to an MRI that revealed multiple enhancing lesions on right & an irregular mass with indistinct margins in the upper outer left breast, anterior third. There after patient agreed to consultation with an “open minded” oncologist.
