34 yo female with a chief complaint of neck, scapulothoracic and LUE pain, weakness and numbness. Associated symptoms include blurred vision, skin color changes, excessive sweating, tinnitus, and trouble swallowing. Patient has undergone left brachial plexus decompression, pectoral release, scalenectomy, and first rib resection for thoracic outlet syndrome. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed a localized asymmetry pattern most pronounced over anterior strap musculature, platysma, and over the contralateral upper trapezius. Thermographic impression restated findings and noted that they were consistent with Barre-Lieou.
