47 yo male with a CC of LLE pain from the foot to the knee after standing from kneeling. He is S/P Achilles repair with gastroc-recession and left calcaneous Mitek anchor. Post-operative anticoagulants were given for LLE DVT.  Recent Venogram showed an enlarged left GSV, chronic SSV phlebitis, incompetent popliteal vein, and knee to mid-calf reflux.  The right saphenofemoral junction to the mid-calf also had reflux. Cold stress Thermology showed asymmetry in all views with Tortuosities over the medial RLE, more pronounced distal to the knee.  Thermographic impression noted findings were consistent with LLE RSD and RLE superficial venous insufficiency.
