4-year Progression of Infiltrating Ductal Post Reconstruction TF

On initial thermal scan, pt was 39 yo white, Jewish, female, presenting 1-year post mastectomy and tram flap reconstruction for infiltrating ductal ca.

Pt was followed every 6 mo.  First MRI in 2012 was inconclusive (no contrast).  Second MRI in 2014 was conducted with and without contrast.  MRI states “single, irregular enhancing focus or mass within the far posterior mid left reconstruction. Approximately 5 mm maximum diameter.”
