The AAT has a standing committee for OEM’s & Businesses that desire to have medical input into thermographic equipment, software, or clinical decision making. Physicians, technicians, OEM, and business members of the AAT Liaison program want to participate in the ongoing development of AAT resources for the promulgation, education, and training of medical thermology.
The AAT recognizes that in many instances OEM’s and businesses need some direction when initially investigating if medical thermology makes sense for them, or when trying to develop and execute new products or services.
To that end, the AAT can be a valuable resource. The AAT provides both education and training , an Annual Scientific Session, The Atlas of Thermology, and many other resources directed toward scientific medical thermology applications. The AAT is also a founding organization for the Artificial Intelligence Infrared (AIIR) Imaging Alliance and has an Infrared Imaging Report Resource (IIRR) Platform.
In addition, the AAT publishes internationally peer reviewed Guidelines on Neuromusculoskeletal, Breast, Veterinary, and Oral-Systemic Thermology.
The AAT has made the OEM and Business Liaison Ambassador Program so as to facilitate access to the medical thermography community for those who need help with protocol or related project development, or simply are in need of some direction to help them get started. The AAT OEM & Business Liaison Ambassador program does not provide professional consulting services.
