The AAT infrared imaging Report Resource connects technicians and medical thermology interpreting physicians. The AAT IIRR provides a platform that contains the tools necessary for the creation of AAT compliant medical thermology reports, and the support structure needed to accomplish the same.
The resource is intended to address the needs of both technicians and physicians. While any technician or physician will have the opportunity to make use of the platform, members of qualifying organizations who participate in the Artificial Intelligence Infrared (AIIR) Imaging Alliance will enjoy facilitated IIRR access.
Tools that the IIRR will provide include:
Medical thermology report templates.
Online technician and physician training courses for medical thermology.
A mechanism to export and import studies in a generic format (such as DICOM).
A HIPAA compliant mechanism for export, import or viewing of studies.
A financial transaction mechanism for peer to peer (P2P) payment between each party.
A quality assessment program to monitor proper reporting format.
A portal for IIRR members to contribute studies to the AIIR Imaging project for medical thermology.
The IIRR is open to interested parties that want to contribute to the platform’s implementation and development, or who simply want to make use of it for their own practice.
